Not "sketchy", but droning. You sound bored/unsure of what you're doing.
That won't attract very many people. Try to sound legitimately IN to the game (Even if you're not)
If that's not possible, you'd better be doing awesome shit, such as that house, or 2 Player commentating for more unexpected gameplay.
And as for what you should do...
I say do all three.
