Sorta Bad Possible Forum Background?

I was told there was a lot of talk about a new forum design. What about this? I think it's pretty bad but tell me what you think.

Pretty good, but we need the staff, top 10 players in it. That would help alot more. And it looks like those characters are ghosts o.o

I did the best with what I had at the moment. The server and the other website was down at the moment so I couldn't access the top 10 players.
