Banner Competitions?8D.

Lately I've seen alot of GFXers coming to here (YEY) and I thought about a small competition.
So,in every holiday or every season we could make some competition about the season,create a banner about the season and have the players post their image (IMAGE,NOT BS CODE,Meaning,the players will have to make their stance (or custom pose c:)) That way,not only we will have a variety of banners,but the PLAYERS might get excited so much from how fun BannedStory is,that they will want to become GFXERS!
This way,we might have some players that will be so good at GFXs,they will want to MAKE CUSTOM THINGS,if they will be able to make them,and they will want to be part of our GFX team,not only we will have more customs,but this way OUR STAFF WILL GROW.

Okay,okay,back to the explanation:
All of the Contestants will make a banner,NOT an animated one,okay?
The banner is supposed to be submitted by PRIVATE MESSAGE,so that no one will steal any idea or anything.
The banner mustn't be over about 500x200,about the size of my signature.

The players will be making their character doing something similiar to topic the thread is about,and will post the IMAGE of their character with the IMG code ([.IMG.] [/.IMG.])
For example:
Winter will have alot of people wearing coats,Snowball fighting,ETC.
The most important thing is to BE CREATIVE!
A thread will be made and will be made as an announcment for all the players to see,I'll ask Eric if he could also mention about it in the homepage.
(This part is a bit similiar to SoTW)
When the Contestants are done with making their banners,they will send it to the Event's host (I HAVE NO IDEA WHO IT'LL BE) and at the end of the event (WHEN THE LAST DAY GIVEN TO THE CONTESTANTS TO MAKE THE BANNER ENDS) the host will make a thread in...Lets put this one in the Graphics section,or maybe even create a new section just for that.

These kind of competitions will inspire the players to make banners (ADVERTISE!),Join the GFX staff (MORE STAFF MEMBERS),And recieve knowledge.
Plus,it's fun.

...and what about the Forum Background?
Even you want that changed.
Maybe that could also play into effect here. (That'd be alot to change every month, though)

Not every month,Every season or holiday.
I mean,really,how can You make a banner about April or any other month?
It shouldn't be Anonymous,IMO,but if the contestant is shy or anything,he could ask in the P.M to make his name Anonymous. (In the poll)

Great Idea and keeping it seasonal is better than Monthly cause half the months are the same or have maybe 1 change. If they don't know what snow is they could Google snow
